Digital downloads

• Our templates are digital content. At checkout you're asked to agree to the download starting straight away and to confirm you understand that, once it starts, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. That's why we can't take back a download just because you've changed your mind.
• Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a file is faulty or isn't what we described, we'll always fix or replace it, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
• Refunds are paid back to your original payment method through Payhip.
